Your Journey to Better Retail

We are delighted to welcome you on board as an Xpos customer. It won’t be long before you are enjoying the benefits of our incredible cloud-based sales and stock management software: including exciting communication and automation tools, plus new integrations to help your business grow.

We appreciate how busy you are, especially at certain times of the year, and, during your move to Xpos, we'll do our best to avoid any disruption to your day to day business.

Week 1

Welcome to Xpos

Email and payment confirmation.

A team member will call to agree a convenient date for your move to Xpos.

Week 2

New Arrivals

If you’ve ordered new hardware, we’ll ship it to you as soon as your installation date has been confirmed.

Please unbox everything and put it to one side for now.

The Week Before Install

Prep Call

We’ll call you to set up your account and get things ready.

We’ll also take you through some basic functions of Xpos and log you into the cloud software.

You’ll find out what to expect on your training day and it’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you haven’t already.

Day 2

Training

Training basics:

Understanding how to create and stock products

Making a sale

Running essential end of day reports

Also included - selling vouchers, trade-ins, account transfers, custom fit, companies within the club business, adding staff members and integrations such as Xcaddie, Xapp Pro and Brandtrac.

Remote Training
If you’ve opted for remote training over Microsoft Teams, please ensure you’ve cleared your diary and that other team members are also present.

On-site Training
On site training usually involves more help with stocking in and processes. We’ll meet you at 8am, check your hardware is set up correctly and make a plan for the day.

Week 1

Follow Up

You’ll receive an emailing outlining everything we’ve covered, which will also be a great reference in the future.

We’ll call you to chat through any queries you might have.

We’ll get busy behind the scenes setting up the Xcaddie app for your shop, as well as our Accounting Connections link, Xmail and Xeft, if you opted for those extras.

Month 1

Follow Up

We’ll call you just to ensure that everything is ticking along nicely.

Feel free to ask for any help.

Month 3

Flying Solo

A final call to ensure you’re happy with all the features in your Xpos software.

At this stage, if you feel confident with the software, this will be the end of your upgrade and training journey.
